Reports can be made either by calling the anonymous toll-free hotline or by filing a report on the Internet. The Ethics Hotline allows Flex to detect and investigate ethical problems, to manage them responsibly, and to take measures to prevent similar problems in the future. All reports are investigated by our internal audit team working in conjunction with compliance subject matter experts and the company’s legal department, as needed.
